Post-care:Immediately after CosmoPen treatment, a soothing serum or growth factor solution may be applied, and redness or a sunburn-like sensation is common for 12-48 hours. It is crucial to use a broad-spectrum sunscreen daily and avoid direct UV exposure for at least one week. Continue with gentle cleansing and moisturizing for 3-5 days, avoid makeup for 24 hours, and refrain from strenuous activities or harsh skincare products for 72 hours.
Risks:Common effects include redness, swelling, pinpoint bleeding, temporary increased skin sensitivity, dryness, flaking, peeling, and mild discomfort. Less common or more severe risks can include bruising, infection, hyperpigmentation, scarring, nerve damage, allergic reactions, and aggravation of existing skin conditions.
